You must not post illegal content, including but not limited to obscene language, offensive remarks, pornographic content, content related to drugs, weapons, and violence.

3.20.1. When communicating with BetFozo's customer service team, you shall remain polite. Any display of disrespect, insult, humiliation, or other aggressive behavior shall be deemed a violation of these Terms. In such cases, you may be denied customer service, and your Account may subsequently be blocked.

4.1. You must not use the Service under any of the following circumstances:

4.1.1. You have not reached the age of 18 (or the age of majority as stipulated by the laws of your jurisdiction), or are unable to enter into a legally binding agreement with us, or act on behalf of a person who has not reached the age of 18 (or the age of majority as stipulated by the laws of your jurisdiction);

The retention of funds and blocking of the Account shall be at BetFozo's sole discretion, and the Player shall have no right to appeal against it.If the amount of illegally obtained winnings exceeds the amount in the Player's deposit Account, BetFozo may recover such funds from you through means including claims.

4.2. You must not sell or transfer your Account to a third party, nor obtain a Player's Account from a third party.

4.3. If you use the Service for unauthorized purposes, we may terminate your Account immediately after sending you a written notice. In certain cases, we may also take legal action against you.

5.11. Users who register via email are required to verify their Accounts (via email). If verification is not completed within 30 days, we will delete the Account. The Company reserves the right to modify this period.

In such cases, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have engaged in such behavior, we may terminate your Account with or without prior notice to you, without providing any compensation to you, and without returning the remaining real money balance in your Account.
